盆菜宴

1st 1st..
The Shark fin soup was served.. very thick yet soft~..

2nd 2nd..
Open a wine.. ahha, ever had chinese traditional dishes with wine??.. we are pioneers!!

3rd 3rd..
The main course was served - the 盆菜~!!

盆菜 is a HK style of food.. back in old day, it only serve during CNY (like yee sang) or big celebrations like 酬神宴.. but nowaday, we can have it whenever we like..

盆菜 is served in a big big pot.. all ingradient was stack-up layer by layer.. then cook with 高汤.. the taste of all ingredient mixed together and become very delicious~~

4th 4th..
Ordered 'chicken' for EK.. he likes chicken wings alwiz~~

5th 5th..
Fried oyster mee.. not bad~

6th 6th..
The Dessert... suppose it's honeydew's ice-cream.. ended up, it became honeydew sai-mai-lou.. look bit cacat, the taste just nice la~.. haha =))

The bill was huge~!! only 盆菜 also RM398 already~~.. thanks LC n TK~ ^^
