深圳 - 湘菜

Besides SzeChuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine (Xiang cuisine) is another choice for hot & spicy.. Just it do not have the taste of "Ma" (麻)..

Xiang cuisine cook everything with chilis and ONLY chilis.. all types of chilissss....

I went for it with DouZi, DouZi hubby and Fairy.. I busy took photos and other customers in the restaurant thought I chi-sin one...

pic 3: fish head - so so, fish like not fresh..
pic 4: pork - nice nice (check out the green thingy which look like long bean, very delicious!!)

pic 7: noodles with leftover source of fish (it's that way to eat it) - nice nice nice nice

Conclusions:
(a) love the noodle.. must try!
(b) still prefer szechuan cuisine~
(c) try again in other Xiang cuisine restaurant..
